I guide women of all ages to effectively learn and seamlessly integrate traditional Hatha yoga and modern mindfulness into their daily routines for improved physical and mental well-being.
Transform in 3 Months: A Structured 12-Week Program
My 3-month program (12 weeks) consists of three sessions per week on alternate days, with each session lasting 90 minutes.
With 36 on-site sessions (12 weeks, 3 sessions per week) and small batches of 12 to 15 participants, this program ensures personalized guidance, meaningful discussions, and the ability to practice at home with utmost clarity and confidence.
Traditional Hatha Yoga
It is designed to help women from all backgrounds learn Hatha yoga, progressing from beginner to an intermediate/standard level.
The practices of yoga poses (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and meditative practices (Dhyana) that you will learn are the same as those yoga teachers are trained to teach while preparing for the Level 3 certification exam (Yoga Teacher & Evaluator), set by the Yoga Certification Board (YCB) under the Ministry of AYUSH.
Modern Mindfulness
The program incorporates modern mindfulness practices (based on MBSR, MBCT, and ACT Therapy), which have been scientifically proven to enhance joy, build emotional resilience, and reduce stress. By integrating traditional Hatha yoga with modern mindfulness, this program provides a holistic approach to overall well-being.
Continue your practice at home: You will have the confidence to practice yoga and mindfulness on your own at home for a lifetime and seamlessly integrate new techniques into your daily routine by learning from various free and paid online and offline sources. This gives you the flexibility to practice at your own comfort and convenience at home, which is especially beneficial if you prefer not to attend daily classes for various reasons.
Join regular yoga classes near you: You can join other regular yoga classes with any teacher and, due to my program, will have a deeper understanding of Hatha yoga principles and modern mindfulness practices rather than simply following movements. This knowledge will help you practice with intention, awareness, and a clear understanding of its effects on the body and mind.
I rely on various NGOs, families, concerned individuals who understand the importance of women's health, wellness businesses, and other organizers in Navi Mumbai and nearby areas to help organize my program.
Ideally, I require 12-15 participants. The indicative program fee per participant is approximately ₹3,999 per month (4 weeks) or ₹9,999 as a one-time payment for the 3-month (12 weeks) program. However, the final cost may vary slightly depending on venue expenses and other logistical arrangements.
Timings can be in the morning or evening, as preferred. Afternoon sessions will be considered only if other options are not feasible.

Q: Do you offer 1:1 sessions at home instead of a group batch?
A: Yes, but the cost for a 1:1 session is ₹25,000. The program will be 10 weeks instead of 12, with three sessions per week, each lasting 75 minutes instead of 90 minutes. However, I still encourage group sessions because they enhance learning and engagement.
Q: What if I want to organize your program for women in my family or friends and provide the venue but cannot arrange 12-15 participants?
A: That’s fine. You will still need to pay for at least 10 participants, even if there are fewer. Additionally, you won’t be able to add new members once the program has started.
Q: I have physical limitations or mental health challenges. Can I attend?
A: You may want to consult with a physiotherapist and/or psychiatrist before enrolling in this program. If you need a doctor’s reference, please contact us by filling out the form on the Contact Us page.
Q: What if I take a break in between?
A: You will need to catch up by talking to other participants or with me. Since the classes are on alternate days and only three days a week, you will have ample time to catch up
Q: Is this program available both online and offline?
A: No, it is only available offline at this time for better effectiveness. An online version may be offered in the future, but it is not currently planned.
Q: What if there is a festival on any of the planned days?
A: We will discuss it with all participants and may reschedule to other days, ensuring there are three sessions in that week. Alternatively, we will make adjustments in the following weeks.
Q: What if you, as a teacher, need to take a break due to illness or other personal reasons?
A: For those sessions, I will arrange for another teacher to cover both the topic and practice of that session.
Q: Does this program include any religion-specific teachings?
A: This program is primarily designed to enhance overall well-being through traditional Hatha yoga and modern mindfulness practices, with little to no religious affiliation, depending on the participants in the batch. My goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming space where everyone, regardless of their faith or background, can benefit.
That said, there may be occasional references to religious perspectives related to yoga and mindfulness, depending on the audience. However, I always strive to offer alternative approaches to ensure that every participant feels comfortable and included. The focus remains on making the practice accessible, practical, and beneficial for all.
Having spent time understanding Jainism, Hinduism, Islam, and Buddhism, I deeply respect the diverse perspectives people may hold. If anyone is interested in exploring a particular religious viewpoint related to yoga or mindfulness, I am happy to share relevant insights in a thoughtful and inclusive manner when appropriate.
Q: What do participants need to bring?
A: We discuss the requirements in detail with the organizer, and sometimes we hold an introductory session for participants a week or earlier before the program starts to address any questions. In most cases, participants will need to bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a small towel. The program duration is 90 minutes, but please plan for some extra time, as Q&A sessions may occasionally extend. Additionally, apart from practicing during the session, there will be home assignments to practice at home. The home assignments will increase during the last month (the last 4 weeks) of the program.
Q: Will I get any handouts?
A: Yes, you will receive handouts to support your learning and practice throughout the program, which you can refer to and use during your practices at home even after the program is complete.
Q: I already know many advanced asanas. Should I join? What asanas do you teach?
A: My program goes beyond traditional yoga, which includes asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dhyana (meditation). It also incorporates modern mindfulness techniques based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy).
Regarding asanas, my program focuses on refining preliminary and intermediate practices that prepare you for the asanas mentioned in Sections 5.4 and 5.5 of this document. Whether you achieve those advanced asanas depends on various factors, including individual capability and practice consistency.
Additionally, I emphasize perfecting posture for all participants in my program. I also share insights on anatomy, physiology, mental health, and the spiritual, philosophical, and sometimes religious or transformative aspects of yoga.
The core idea behind my program is not to master advanced asanas but to focus on essential asanas, pranayama, dhyana, and mindfulness meditation. The goal is to help you integrate these practices into your daily life so you can maintain your physical and mental health without needing to attend regular classes.
If your main focus is learning a variety of complex and advanced asanas, this program may not be the right fit for you.
If you want to organize my program, inquire about any already scheduled programs in the coming days with another organizer that you may plan to attend, or have any other questions, please fill out this form, and I will get back to you within a few days.
